Leon and Meleny are wonderful hosts and even provided a wonderful dinner for us on our first night, delivered to our beautiful cottage - do eat here if you can - the food was wonderful and Meleny even made vegetarian food for me. We had drinks and lovely conversation with our hosts and you are definitely welcomed as friends. You know nothing would be too much trouble for these lovely people and they will help and advise you if you can. Additionally their cottage was beautiful with everything you could need and has the best bathroom, possibly in the world
Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent food. We have travelled many places and good hotels but I can really recommend the place for the best food we ever received. They also give a lot of food with every day fresh home baked bread.

Very clean and quiet place. We were able to relax, no disturbances at all. The homemade bread was delicious
Such an amazing spot. So welcoming, with a great picnic-style breakfast including homemade bread. Unit is very spacious and well equipped, plus there's a lovely pool area. Sunsets were epic, with the lake as a backdrop, true to the name!
I give a 10 because the place is pretty and the location is nice. Calm surroundings, it was great to stop there after 4 days camping in Kruger. Very nice to rest and charge battery. The owner are awesome, take time to share some words if you can. I also recommend to order dinner. The house is super nice, you feel like at home at first second, mixed feelings of farm and luxury. I really recommend +++ thank you again for your hospitality.
Stacked fridge for breakfast was more than enough and of good quality. The welcome sherry was appreciated Electric blankets were a bonus
The breakfast was 10/10 they even baked for breakfast rolls for us the service I have never met it anywhere, everyone it's friendly. The food you find there that they promise that you will find. d you will get it. There was value for money at sunset cottage
